Skaraborg’s Hospital (SkaS) provides specialized healthcare in Skaraborg. With more than 4,500 committed employees, the hospital strives to provide patients in Skaraborg with the best possible care.

“We invest heavily in skills development at Skaraborg’s Hospital. Among other things, we offer our employees introductory programs and various upskilling courses. We have a trainee program which employees interested in management and leadership may apply to. Every year, we also offer positions where employees can take supplementary training during working hours. For example, licensed vocational nurses can study to become specialist nurses – an occupation that is in great demand today,” says HR specialist Klara Fredrikson.
