Looking ahead, we see an ongoing need for recruitment across all occupational groups, with a focus on production. At the same time, we are in an exciting transformation where we are both further developing the diesel engine and moving toward electrification, which sets new requirements for skills. The roles we most often recruit for are assemblers, foundry and machining operators, and logistics staff, but also engineers, production technicians, and personnel in maintenance and operational reliability. In some cases, we also recruit managers externally.

For us, personal qualities are the most important: a strong focus on safety and quality, the ability to collaborate, and a willingness to solve problems.
